One channel does not work but the rest do — what now?

If the other channels work, your subscription and device are fine, and the problem is usually temporary at that channel’s source.

The usual causes

A temporary source fault

Channels come from different sources, and one may stop for a few minutes.

Event channels

Some channels only run during the event or match.

A quality the connection cannot carry

The 4K version of a channel needs more speed than the HD one.

The fix, step by step

  1. 1

Try another version of the channel

Many lists have HD, FHD and 4K versions and sometimes backups of the same channel.

  2. 2

Wait a few minutes and retry

    Temporary faults usually clear quickly.

  3. 3

    Refresh the list

Reload or Update Playlist — the channel may have moved to a new link.

  4. 4

    Tell us the channel name

Send the channel, the category and the time so we can follow it up with the source.

Still happening?

Message us on WhatsApp with: the server, the app, the device, the channel and the time, and a screenshot of a speed test on the device itself.

Frequently asked questions

Are all channels available all the time?

Most are, but some event channels only run during the event, and temporary faults can happen at any source.

The channel works on one device but not another

Usually the quality or the app; try the HD version on the weaker device.
