Which app do I use with my subscription?

It depends on the server you subscribed to: Strong 4K and DLTA 4K have official apps with Downloader codes, and for the other servers we send the right app or details that work in general players. If in doubt, message us with the server and your device.

My device is not in the list

Send us the device and model on WhatsApp. Most recent devices work with one of the methods here, or with an external device over HDMI.

Can I use more than one device?

The number of devices and simultaneous playback depend on the server and the package. Ask us on WhatsApp before ordering and we tell you what your package allows.
